I prefer blogging but building a list is important. In my business, people needing a service or looking for a solution to their Internet business, there is not a huge demand for a
list. This happens because once I have a few good customers to tend to, on a regular basis, there is very little time left to do anything new. I will build a list though and continue blogging. Both avenues are beneficial for growth.
